Similarly, in the sea on the voyage of the ship, the fast transport the injured on the deck to the cabin Clinic, will encounter similar problems,the ship of the watertight door, threshold, narrow stairs too steep, it make great difficulties to transfer the wounded rescuers, sometimes even endanger the safety of the rescue personnel.It is very necessary to design and manufacture of a special kind of stretcher,in order to save operators energy and time in the complex environment, security transport the injured,and make them get successfully and timely treatment.This study is mainly a design for the whole structure of downstairs obstacle detouring stretcher cart, and to screen and test proves the design scheme in the design process,the design is based on the process of innovation and transformation of ordinary stretcher and stretcher cart, the stretcher cart is divided into three layers structure, the upper layer for the wounded bearing surface, intermediate for first aid and life support unit, the lower mobile support unit. By lower modular flexible combination, make it not only can be used as a common stretcher, more can be combined with the lower mobile support unit as the stretcher, so that a complete set of stretcher as a professional transportation tool has both flexible and lightweight stretcher, but also the effort of the stretcher, the carrying capacity of high performance, so as to better adapt to the complex environment.Downstairs obstacle detouring stretcher cart not only can be applied to all kinds of complex environment, reduce the labor intensity of the workers, but also a variety of onboard emergency medical equipment, ensure the need of help patients to get the most effective and most basic assistance in transit, the effect of the stretcher has been one of the most effective apply. The subject of innovation is the use of the bidirectional folding arm type crawler wheel frame structure in the design process, the upper layer and the lower layer separating structure and flexible combination of first-aid equipment. It can not only in the narrow space inside the channel safety and labour saving over the obstacle, but also can be easily realized the purpose of safe handling patient down the stairs; So as to greatly reduce the labor intensity of medical staff, and improve the transport efficiency and treatment success rate of the wounded.
