Green building is the main form of energy-efficient constructions at present which is vigorously implemented by the government as well as the main direction to the development of building trade in the future. In addition, air-conditioning system, which is regarded as the indispensible part of buildings, plays a key role in the green building. Therefore, it is of vital importance to conduct the energy-saving research in air-conditioning system.This research analyzed the office which is considered as the green building in Jinan based on the "green building rating standards" which is the essence of green building "four a environmental protection". In order to analyze characteristic of green technologies, six classes of evaluation index are used to examine the envelope, air conditioning system, lighting system, green landscape and water systems.In order to study the energy efficiency of air conditioning system in a building, the TRNSYS software is used to build a building model of this office and simulate winter and summer load based on the establishment of a load simulation. After that, appropriate software modules are used to simulate the summer and winter conditions in central air conditioning system during a year. And then, diagnose the air conditioning system in the aspect of energy-saving through analyzing dynamic load ratio, COP and operating power units, chilled water supply and return water temperature to output, power pumps. According to the results of energy-saving diagnosis, firstly, using a pump variable flow system to optimize air conditioning water system and then make good use of this software to verify prioritization scheme. It is found that only when optimize the variable chilled water flow, dynamic load ratio parameters of the system satisfied the energy-saving requirements, however, in terms of the unit energy consumption, it did not achieve the best optimization results, therefore VAV optimization was carried out and the simulated, which proved that it perform well in the aspect of energy conservation.According to the result of optimization and simulation, it is necessary to optimize the air-conditioning system from an overall point of view, make it possible to save energy for each component when operating. Hence, the whole system can achieve a better energy-saving effect. Through the verification, in this article, it has certain feasibility for the use of the optimization of the air conditioning system whose energy-saving effect is obvious.
