| Along with the rapid development of society and economy,people'living level unceasing enhancement,the modern urban architectcture has towards high-rise change direction,super-tall complex office increasingly,central air conditionning is applied widely.Super-tall complex office,current,prevalent phenomenon,a large number of high-energy consumption both to environmental resources produces serious influence,but also on the national economy brings adverse impact.According to the current domestic and international environment for energy conservation and emissions reduction request,as well as our country in energy saving and the practical needs of super-high complex office of the central air conditioning system energy consumption were analyed,not only has pratical significance,also the institutions for administrative offices of the energy conservation work has referce and instructive.Based on the field investigation,collection,sorting and counting 2009 The Xin-Yuan Buildng,central air conditioning operation data,analyzing is to understand the central air conditioning energy consumption status,and find out the air conditioning energy existing problems and puts forward energy-saving proposal.This paper also test records the chiller 2009 of operation data,the paper analyses the air conditioning units operating conditions,and analyses the water chiller compressor power,load rate,the evaporation temperature,condersing temperature, and the water system,cooling water system of inlet and outlet water temperature operation parameter,summarize and discuss these parameters on the system energy saving on running of the rules and influence in the central air conditioning system reform has,on the basis of further excavate the central air conditioning system energy saving potential. |
