With the non-renewable energy resource exhausted, environmental pollution becomes more serious, pushing the world begin to find reproducible new energy, so economical, clean, continuable energy becomes the investigative hot at present. This task takes the ocean current energy horizontal shaft power generation as research object, taking the foline momentum theory as theory and generate mechanism, studying the blade screening and parametric modeling approach, and design a suit of50kW ocean current energy horizontal shaft power generation with the main structures, making qualitative and quantitative analysis to the flow field around the blade by the hydromechanics analysis software, reaching the feasibility of all constructions. Main missions as below:(1) Study the foline momentum theory, induce the influence factors of blade power efficiency coefficient, summarize the efficient theory of blade model selection and the data analysis method, take advantage of fluent software and calculate blade’s two-dimensional flow field, analysis the influence factors by synthesis, make sure the key point of balde structure:lift coefficient, blade angle, lift-drag ratio and so on.(2) Make use of matlab software and take the optimization methods as numeration model on the basis of Wilson design method, though the system parameter calculation and optimized analysis, obtain the chord under the best established angle, go through three-dimensional coordinate transformation on the basis of Spatial geometry theory, import the present popular three-dimensional CAD software to be molding, analyse the periphery flow field of the three dimensional structure by CFX-5, and make statics analysis to fuselage major structures, check the possible concentrated intensity of the high stress part.(3) Design a suit of50kW ocean current energy horizontal shaft power generation major structure, ensure the structure size of the main parts of machine, apply Solidworks software to finish the three-dimensional modeling and assemble, and calculate parts of structure characters such as the intensity, inflexibility, fatigue life, and make feasibility research and model selection, on the basis principles of device reliability economical efficiency, maintainability, and also with technical indicator of task random.(4) At present condition, for experiment research, design a suit of200W ocean current energy horizontal shaft power generation experimental model, by means of machining install molding, mainly used for the blade performance analysis, verify the reasonability of design method.The research result can not only lay the foundation of blade design method in theory, but also set the design fundamental to ocean current energy horizontal shaft power generation, and then promote the new energy development on the application of the practical engineering. |
