Under the conditions of real estate regulation policy gradually tighten, commercialcomplexes with strong anti-risk ability, function coordination characteristics, graduallydevelop its potential for development. Although the construction of our country commercialcomplex just started soon, but it is exceptionally rapid expansion and scale development.Public areas of the commercial complex interior design under the background of thedevelopment is rapid, need with its development pace, and our country for the study of thetheory of the commercial space is more, the traditional commercial space design and publicspace of commercial complex interior design and differences, of commercial space theorycannot copy to the public areas of the commercial complex interior design, thus to explore thepublic areas of the commercial complex interior design, the method of theory is applied to thepractice of is particularly important and urgent. Through the study of this article hopes in thelater in the design of public space for people to provide high quality public space, thecommercial complex to stay competitive in the fierce commercial warfare.Based on the domestic and foreign related research and development of thecommercial complex public area firstly analysis the concept of the public areas of the businesscombination, and on the main body of the commercial complex user-consumers consumerpsychology and behavior of public area design are analyzed, the influence of interior designwere summarized after the public area, in real project as a starting point, let the design methodof present more intuitive.Chengxiang paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introductionpart, the writing of the thesis framework for generalizes the whole paper, make the wholeframe structure is clear, and this chapter describes the thesis research background, researchpurpose and significance, research status, research methods and related concepts of the wholethesis is limited; The second chapter through analyzing consumer psychology and consumer’sinfluence on the public area of interior design to guide the public area of interior designelements of the third chapter, through the public areas of the commercial complex interiordesign principles, the indoor space design in the public areas as well as the processing of the physical environment of public area space theory analysis and explained with some real cases,and design theory for the analysis of the fourth chapter in the actual project put forward thetheory basis for the application; The fourth chapter to jinan, China square huanyu city location,index profiles, the early stage of the positioning, plane function layout and its customer base isintroduced in detail, and the design method of public areas of the project are analyzed. Designidea of this chapter starting from the project, to space design, the design of the flow line,vertical transportation design, and interface design, detail design and sign system designpractice is analyzed, and the project implementation results to analyze the advantages anddisadvantages, through actual project processing method and a combination of theory, moreclearly expounds the public area of interior design methods. The last chapter of thedevelopment of the public areas of the commercial complex interior design trend areexpounded.
