Traction transformer is an important device of the High Speed Train, the vibration when it running will transmit to the carbody through the joint device, then the carbody vibrate. In order to reduce the carbody and transformer vibration, need to control the vibration level of the transformer firstly, and the isolation design for the joint device secondly, the whole thing is trying to meet the request of drop the vibration transmission between carbody and transformer.In this dissertation, analyzed the transformer vibration theory and the vibration evaluate method of transformer firstly, and make sure the vibration level difference as the vibrate transmission evaluation standard. Secondly, aim at the question of transformer and carbody vibrate abnormally of the certain High Speed Train, get the transformer dominant frequency through test, the base frequency of transformer is100Hz, verified the transformer force vibration is the reason to lead to the abnormal vibration through test. Thirdly, studied the vibration transmit relationship of transformer and carbody, and the effect of the joint parameter to the vibration transmit, discussed the vibration transmit of rigid mounting and elastic mounting of750N/mm vertical static stiffness, the isolation device of750N/mm vertical static stiffness can reduce the vibration transmit of transformer and carbody from45Hz to130Hz, but enlarge the vibration transmit of transformer and carbody from OHz to45Hz. At last, studied the effect of the mounting stiffness and matching of nature frequency to the vibration of carbody, found the nature frequency of carbody and transformer will become large following the mounting stiffness rise, and the carbody vibrate small when the matching of nature frequency meet1.4ωn-1<ωn<0.7ωn+1. So, the isolation design was did again according to the matching of nature frequency principle, the limits of mounting stiffness is confirmed, the limits is4.61×103≤kd≤1.55×104N/mm. Furthermore, the limits of the mounting stiffness can drop the vibrate transmission between carbody and transformer through the simulation analysis.
