The main contents of this paper is the vibration transfer between train body and traction transformer,traction transformeris suspended on the bottom of the train body through the single layer vibration system.When the traintravels at a higher speed, the vibration of traction transformer caused by the factors like inertial excitation force will transfer to the train body through the suspension system, which affects the security and comfort of the train. Mean while, the vibration of the train body will also transfer to the traction transformer through the vibration system, which affects the performance of traction transformer. Good isolation performance can reduce the interaction between train body and traction transformer, so it is necessary to study the isolation performance of single layer suspension system, which can provide some guidelines for the vibration isolation design of the traction transformer.In order to study the isolation performance of single-layer vibration isolation system, the research is carried out mainly on the following aspects.At first, the system is simplified reasonably to establish the analysis model of the vibration transfer between train body and traction transformer, and the evaluation index of isolation performance of this system is also established. An ANSYS modelis developed to simulate the system of train body-traction transformer, in this model the loading conditions, stiffness simulation conditions, etc,are determined according to the actual operation. Combining with the main content in this paper(parameters optimization design of the isolator), the response surface method is used to design the tests and to determine the operating conditionsof thesimulation calculations. The simulation calculationsare carried out by ANSYS according to the operating conditions.Then the simulation results are analysed.According to results, mathematical curve fitting and function approximation, are used to fit the response surface equation which describes the relationship betweentheconnectionparameters and the evaluation index of isolation performance.The isolator parameters meeting the requirements are obtained according to the response surface equation and a series of constraints.Finally, the main work of this paper and the conclusion of the study were summarized. The suggestions for the further research on this topic were also proposed.
