With the development of "Internet +","Internet of Things",and "Internet of Vehicles" technologies,a comprehensive perception of traffic data has been realized,and modern transportation has entered the era of large-scale development of traffic big data.With the rapid development of urban economy and transportation,the problems of urban traffic congestion and frequent accidents become more and more serious.Therefore,the use of traffic big data to generate a "perfect" management and control plan to achieve a balanced distribution of road network traffic flow,improve the city The smooth and orderly operation of the transportation system is very important to promote the city's economic development and intelligent transportation research.In this paper,based on the traveler's route selection decision-making process and route selection influencing factors under the mobile internet traffic guidance information,the SP questionnaire is designed to investigate the influencing factors of the VMS guidance information on the traveler's route selection.The influencing factors were screened and eliminated,and finally four significant influencing factors were obtained.The logit regression model was used to predict the probability of the traveler changing the path.Based on the research results,the enlightenment for formulating the cooperative management strategy of traffic guidance control was obtained.With the minimum sum of road network travel time and delay time as the objective function,with road network flow,inflow rate,and green signal ratio as variables,the saturation,traffic volume,inflow rate,and green signal ratio are constrained to establish traffic guidance control coordination The model uses genetic algorithms to optimize the design of the collaborative model algorithm.A small road network with four intersections in Guilin is used to analyze the model.The comparative analysis of the results before and after optimization shows that the model reduces the total travel time of the road network.Verification The feasibility of the model.By establishing a coordinated model of traffic control and traffic guidance,the best signal control scheme for the road network is generated and a balanced distribution of road network traffic flow is achieved,effectively improving the operating performance of the road network.It has certain significance and value for the study of urban smart traffic management strategies.
