| Product of mass production mode is no longer able to meet the increasingly diverse and personalized customer needs. The Mass customization mode of production is becoming main-stream. In the design and production process of Customized Product, sustainable development and green production raise a requirement for the product design resources reuse. How to realize the effective reuse of design information resources in the customized product design, in order to achieve rapid design of products to meet customer demand for the purpose, has become the focus of research at home and abroad.Customized products is essentially the result of variant design for existing products according to the customer demand, the design style is mainly to integrated innovation. The customized product design for reuse mainly involves three aspects of the problem. Firstly, how to portray and describe the information of customers’ demand and product design? Secondly, how to search out reusable product design information resources by the design constraint of customer demand? Thirdly, in what way or reuse strategy can realize the reusing of design information resources? In order to solve the problems above, this paper put forward the customized product integrated innovation mechanism and resource reuse strategy based on genetic. Domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research work for customized product development and product design resource reuse. But mostly support technology and applications in the research. There are few studies of product design information transmission mechanism from a theoretical point of view. And the product design resources reusability evaluation and selection of scenarios or conditions of different strategies are less involved. Therefore, research focus for this paper is to revealing the duplication conduction and mutation mechanism of the customized products gene. And study the customized product resource reuse strategy and its selection.Based on the genetic engineering, the decomposition portfolio theory system, and the reconflgurable theory, this paper studies the integrated innovation mechanism and reuse strategy of customization product. According to the biological genetic mechanism, it proposes that the transmission mechanism of customization product design information consists of replication mechanism and mutation mechanism based on the classification of customized product design information. With characterizing the product design information by the form of gene, it put forward that the customized products gene are constituted by demand gene, function gene, structural gene and rule gene. And make an explanation to the genome of customized products and the expression of customized products gene. Proposed to describe the reusability of product design resources by the similarity, and make an explanation to the model of similarity and the calculation method. Based on the customized product gene conduction mechanism, the strategy of resources reuse is divided into genetic reuse, variation reuse, and mutation reuse. According to Weber’s law, obtains the similarity threshold of changed and unchanged and mutation to define the degree of reusability of the design resource. The paper design a selection rule of reuse strategy and plan a chosen path for the strategy of resources reuse from coarse-grain to the fine-grained finally into the particle degree. Finally, it is verified by a design example of customized reusable small agricultural machinery. In a sense, the study on the customized product integrated innovation mechanism can enrich the theory and the methodology of product innovation. Through reasonable of product design resource reuse, it can reduce the cost of development, shorten the development cycle, and improve development efficiency to some extent. And the enterprise can enhance the resilience to changeful marketplace of development. |
