With the acceleration of manufacturing globalization,manufacturing enterprises are facing more and more fierce competition.The role of high-quality products on improving enterprise competitiveness and customer satisfaction is becoming more and more important,quality becomes one of the key factors to improve the core competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises.More and more enterprises take advanced quality management and control approaches to improve the competitiveness of product quality.As the result of integration of biological field and mechanical field,product gene has excellent characteristics in the description,management and application of product information.Therefore,it have been applied in many fields such as design,manufacturing,quality and so on,and provides a new and effective way for product quality control of manufacturing enterprises.Referring to the characteristics of product and manufacturing process of building material equipment,a novel quality control approach of manufacturing process of building material equipment based on product gene was developed in this paper.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The modelling methods of product gene oriented to quality control of manufacturing process of building material equipment were developed.Firstly,the characteristics of product and manufacturing process of building materials equipment enterprises were analyzed,the content of product gene of building materials equipment was explained,the product gene model with processing surface as the carrying unit of genetic information was proposed,and the structure of information model,encoding method and acquisition method of product gene were defined.On this basis,the product gene knowledge base was proposed,and its content and formation were described.The storage and retrieval methods of product gene knowledge and the calculation rules of attribute similarity were also defined,which provided the basic methods for product gene knowledge.(2)A quality defect diagnosis model of building material equipment based on product gene was proposed.Firstly,a product gene knowledge filtering method based on direct similarity and synthetic similarity was proposed to ensure the availability of acquired knowledge.Meanwhile,particle swarm optimization(PSO)was applied to optimize the weight of each element of related product genes.Then,on the characteristic of many-to-many between quality defects and quality influence factors in some cases,a multi-factor diagnosis method of quality defects based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE)was proposed.Finally,the model was verified and analyzed with a practical case of a building material equipment enterprise.(3)A comprehensive quality evaluation model of building material equipment based on product gene was proposed.Firstly,on the basis of resemblance between the target gene and non-defective reference genes,and the discrepancy between it and defect reference genes,a evaluation method of product gene based on product gene knowledge base was proposed.Then,a comprehensive evaluation method of product quality based on product gene evaluation was defined.To obtain more accurate evaluation result,a method based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP)for evaluating the weights of related product genes was developd.A method based on fishbone diagram was proposed to analyze the potential quality defects of sub-health products.Finally,the feasibility and validity of the method was proved by a case study of grinding roller shaft of a building material equipment enterprise.(4)An optimization method for manufacturing execution process of building materials equipment based on product quality evaluation was proposed.In the approach,on the basis of analyzing the product gene recombination process of building material equipment,combined with the comprehensive evaluation method of product quality,an optimization scheduling model of manufacturing tasks considering the evaluation of quality was developed,where the product quality was guaranteed by reasonable selection of manufacturing resources.To achieve the goal,an improved hybrid genetic algorithm and discrete particle swarm optimization algorithm(H-GA-DPSO)was designed to solve the model.The effectiveness and performance advantages of the model and algorithm were verified by an experiment.(5)Referring to the practical application of the proposed model and method,on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of product,manufacturing process and management of building materials equipment enterprise,a quality information acquisition,sharing and decision-making system for manufacturing process of building materials equipment enterprise was designed and developed.The development environment,framework,performance optimization design and function realization of the system were discribed in detail.
