With the rapid development of economy and the increasing progress of science and technology,the cycle of product updating and iteration is gradually decreasing.In the face of fierce market competition environment and ever-changing market demand,only by continuous product innovation can enterprises maintain their core competitiveness,create new economic growth points,meet different customer needs and maintain customer relations,and then promote enterprises to take the road of sustainable development.HY Company is a domestic leading enterprise integrating the design,research and development,manufacturing,sales and service of manned pressure vessels.After years of development,the company is facing fierce competition,increasingly serious product homogeneity and other problems.This paper uses innovation theory and product innovation strategy theory,systematically analyzes and plans HY’s product innovation,puts forward targeted product innovation strategy and puts forward corresponding implementation guarantee measures.In this paper,the comprehensive use of questionnaire survey,PEST analysis,SWOT analysis and brainstorming method,on the basis of product innovation and other relevant theoretical knowledge,in-depth exploration of HY equipment manufacturing company’s internal and external innovation environment,clear the shortcomings and drawbacks in product innovation,and then put forward HY equipment manufacturing company’s product innovation strategy implementation of safeguard measures.Firstly,this paper reviews the relevant research on product innovation theory and manufacturing product innovation strategy in detail,and systematically discusses the research background,purpose,significance,ideas,content,methods and innovation of this paper.Secondly,it introduces the main business,main products,organizational structure and human resource status of HY Company,and analyzes the current situation of product innovation from the aspects of the company’s R&D system,research projects,R&D investment and R&D personnel,and concludes that the four problems of product innovation of HY Company are unreasonable organizational structure of product innovation,insufficient independent innovation ability,insufficient product innovation difference and lack of continuity of product innovation.Thirdly,through the macro environment analysis,industry environment analysis and enterprise internal environment analysis depth analysis HY equipment manufacturing company development facing the internal and external environment,the use of SWOT analysis method from the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats to explore HY equipment manufacturing company product innovation characteristics.Fourthly,the objectives and principles of HY’s product innovation are proposed,and the product innovation strategies of product differentiation,combination and sustainability are proposed.Finally,according to the proposed product innovation strategy,the corresponding safeguard measures are formulated from the system,organization,market and product levels. |
