With the upgrade of the smartphone hardware platform, the growing power consumption of the device, it requires charging the device anytime, anywhere. Traditional chargers with cables make the charging greatly constrained. The emergence of wireless charging technology has provided an opportunity to cut this last one cable for mobile phone. This article is a brief description of the background and the theoretical of wireless charging, and more for the three mainstream wireless charging technologies. Analyzing the needs of the project products we selected the Ti wireless charging platform base on Qi standard for application research on mobile phone. The first programs failed due to design poor accuracy and communication error, and then we re-selected ICs for new design and eventual got the realization of the basic functions of mobile wireless charging. That some defect had been found in testing later and tried to analyze and attempt to resolve. The study of article can eventually be concluded that: The current wireless charging technology for the mobile phone has feasibility of application integration, but has not been able to achieve the application of freedom to place and low-cost solutions because of the complexity of design of the multiplexer and the imperfect related chips. With more in-depth development and research, the wireless charging can be gained popularity and eventually replace the wired charging.
