With the rapid development of the science and technology, there are some devicebecome a part of the people’s life, such as phone and computer. But, it will bring a seriousproblem when the replacement of digital product is too rapidly. The problem isenvironment‘s pollution by the wasted electronic products. It is means that the old chargerhave to be abandoned, when the user buy a new phone. Therefore, the development of themobile phone, is not only the development of intelligent, but also can handheld universalcharger equipment, carrying convenience will also cannot be ignored. Wireless chargingtechnology has good affect in the replacement of electronic products. It will reduce thewaste of common charger, it can effectively reduce the pollution of the environment, which caused by the waste of old charger. It will make people’s life more convenient. This topic is about how to design a wireless charger system for mobile devices baseon the principle of electronic induction. The controllers of the transmitter consist withBQ500211, INA199A, RT9818A and MSP430G2001. The hardware circuits comprise afull-bridge inverter circuit, a LED control circuit and other protection circuit. The receiverdesign use a controller named SN51013B to design the hardware circuit. In the wholedesign of the system, I give full consideration on the coin and distance. I improved thesystem performance via many ways, such as adjust coin design, adjust the voltage dynamicand adjust the resonant frequency. The maximum transmit power can achieve5W and thedistance can be improve to1cm.The first chapter is introduction, which include the wireless charging technology, background, principle and the present situation. The second chapter is about how to designwireless charging system, there are insists of the transmitter’s design, the receiver’s design, the coin design and others. The third chapter is about the functional test of the wirelesscharging system, I will make sure this system can meet the spec of the Qi standard specand analyzed the results. The test is divided into the transmitter’s test, the receiver’s testand protection’s test. The fourth chapter is the summary and proposal; I will give some views on the development of the wireless charging system based on my designexperiences.
