Development of urban underground parking is an effective method to solve the conflict of parking demand and urban planning, city management and transportation governance. The present stereo garages have large area, high-energy consumption, great noise, long parking time, not easy to combine garage group, such as defects. Deep-well stereo garage is one kind of stereoscopic parking equipment under ground, which integrates the machinery, electricity and fluid. Compared with traditional stereo garage, this stereo garage have low land utilization ratio, low energy consumption, low noise, high intelligence, and can be combined garage group by adjusting measures to local conditions, which is the developing direction of mechanical stereo garage.Intelligent PSC8CK-4ZT deep-well stereo garage that fit the X~C cars was the blueprint. This paper expounds the functions and principle of the stereo garage and demonstrates single garage’s and garage group’s comparative advantage. The modern design methods and concurrent engineering were used to technical improvement of deep-well stereo garage after analysis of the existing problems in design, manufacture, operation and maintenance of mechanical system and part. Designing a high precision pitch control gauge by using the theory of concurrent engineering.In order to reduce the difficult of manufacturing, installing and maintaining rack, we used high precision magnetic right angle level.Based on the fact that there are many different parts combination plans in mechanical system design of garage, to fully show the unique advantages of deep-well stereo garage and apply it, the paper determined the technical characteristics, running characteristics, economic characteri- stics and social characteristics of each system and constructed multiple factor analysis and evaluation model by using the systems engineering analysis method. The paper also determined the weighting efficient of each appraised goals by using forced decision method. We have organized the design engineers, manufacture engineers, constructors, maintenance workers, developers and users represent to give a mark to each combination schemes. By solving the assessment model, we optimize comprehensive optimum scheme. So the mechanical system can achieve harmonious unification in machining, assembly, operation, maintenance, cost control, and environmental protection. All the things we have done above have provided basis for analyzing the value optimization and social marketing of deep-well stereo garage.In order to ensure multiple factor analysis and evaluation highly effective, this article designs and develops the evaluating software of deep-well stereo garage’s mechanical system based on the MATLAB R2010 b.
