Construction machinery plays a vital role in infrastructure construction and municipal construction in China.The construction environment of the construction machinery equipment is relatively poor,and the failure of the equipment can cause the whole equipment to stop or even be paralyzed,which not only affects the progress of construction,but also can cause accidents.Oil analysis is to "blood examination" of construction machinery,construction machinery and equipment running state can be real-time monitoring and predicting failure,so as to avoid because of downtime affecting project schedule.Therefore,it is very important to study the state of construction machinery equipment by using oil detection technology.The excavator of construction machinery is the research object in this paper.According to the structural features of the key parts of the excavator,the oil off-line detection technology and the on-line detection technology are respectively studied.For the excavator reducer to take the oil off-line detection technology,combined with physical and chemical properties,iron spectrum analysis,spectral analysis and other oil analysis of the collected oil for experimental analysis and the development of oil analysis and management system based on LabVIEW,The experimental data can be analyzed,and the corresponding conclusions can be drawn to provide the basis for excavator fault diagnosis.The hydraulic system of excavator has been researched on the on-line detection technology of oil pollution degree,And the fuzzy controller has been designed and the simulation of fuzzy control has been done by using LabVIEW.The results show that the fuzzy control can effectively control the oil pollution degree,Machine hydraulic system oil pollution control provides an effective method and basis.For the diesel engine of excavator,the wear particle of diesel oil is mainly tested on line,and the design of on-line inspection system of oil abrasive particle is carried out by using LabVIEW.The wear status of diesel engine is evaluated by analyzing the measured data.
