In recent years, with the development of the excavation engineering, excavation depth is more and more deep, and the upheaval destruction accidents occur occasionally. Therefore, to do a good job in evaluating the realiability of resistant upheaval destruction of deep excavations is particularly important, and the upheaval destruction of excavation bottom can also be prevented and controlled according to the evaluation.However, becaused of a high degree of uncertainty and complexity of the excavation engineering rock soil masss, which leads to the geotechnical parameter that we acquired present interval feature.Therefor, the interval mathematics theory is introduced in this paper to solve the problem.Firstly, both the occurrence mechanism of upheaval destruction and the interval mathematics theory are expounded, and the problem of the expansion during the interval arithmetic is emphatically studied. Besides, ways to solve the problem have been summarized.Secondly, becaused of the interval feature, the traditional limit equilibrium method and the interval mathematics theory are combined this article,then a limit equilibrium method based on the interval theory is established, and a set of safety factor interval evaluation criteria has also been explored, the realiability of resistant upheaval destruction of deep excavations can be evaluated more objectively.Thirdly, the interval non-probability reliability thought is introduced on the basis of the above safety factor interva, then according to weather the interval interference occurs or not during interval arithmetic, two interval non-probability reliability analysis models have been constructed accordingly, which can more scientifically evaluate the realiability of resistant upheaval destruction of deep excavations.Finally, by the way of parameter sensitivity analysis, the law of the influence of various geotechnical parameters on interval non-probability reliability of resistant upheaval destruction of deep excavations has been find out, which can provide a certain reference for the foundation pit design in the future.
