| High-rise apartment as a class of products in China’s real estate market, because of its efficiency and land intensive nature of living and rapid development, has become a city with a strong feature of residential buildings. People concerned about the current high-rise apartment more in its economy and efficiency, while ignoring its proper humanities and social. Compared with the high-rise residential, high-rise apartment in the defects of living comfort and neighborhood contacts exposed to more serious, but the long term study of high-rise apartment mostly stay in the apartment layout design and form of apartment units, rarely able to leap into the public space design. In addition to meet the demand of basic traffic function, public space in a high-rise apartment has functioned that concerned public service apartment, residents daily leisure and neighborhood contacts. So the pros and cons of public space directly affects the comfort of high-rise apartment living.This thesis focus on the public space of the high-rise apartments, strive to explore new era of active and dynamic public space design patterns. First, I combed the development situation of the public space of high-rise apartment, and analyzed the present situation of the public space, and put forward its development trend; Next, the public space for analysis, summed up the spatial features of its due; Then for this feature based on architectural psychology and environment-behavior studies, puts forward the design of public space should be functional, culture, security, and the principle of ecological economy, from spatial organization, spatial interfaces, functional configuration and ecological design of energy-saving four aspects and make some design strategies for high-rise apartments in various parts of the public space; Finally, combined with the specific case, from project design to analyze the current situation to explore the use of public space in the design of the problems in practice, in order to provide reference for the stage high-rise apartment design of public space. |
