Optimized Design Of The Longhekou Reservior Water Diversion Pipeline Project

With the development of China’s national economy, the expansion of towns and the deterioration of water pollution, long-distance and large diameter water diversion project is increasing, the problem is gradually complicated. How to improve engineering economy, technology and security is an important problem for long-distance water diversion project, and it is necessary for deeper research. In this article, the author optimizes the design of the Longhekou Reservoir Water Diversion Project, mainly included the following several aspects:(1)In this article, the author studies Hefei and Shucheng water quantity and quality condition, present situation water supply, water supply planning, demonstrate the necessity and feasibility of the project. The author confirms the pipeline layout principle,and selects the best water line.(2)According to the principle of pipe selection, the author compares several kinds of material which is commonly used in long-distance and large diameter water pipe network, and analyzes several pipes in the pipeline strength and construction conditions,technical level, geological features, pipe pressure ability, pipe material supply conditions, project financial conditions and factors. And this comprehensive analysis provides the basis for the selection of a reliable, economical, environmental and safety pipeline material.(3) According to the principles and methods of the pipe diameter selection,the author analyzes and compares this project gravity flow and pumping pressure, put forward many economical and safety pipe diameter scheme.(4)The author studies the importance and necessity of steel-pipe anticorrosion research, compares and analysis the methods of steel-pipe internal and external anticorrosion. And this provides the basis for the selection of a reasonable way in anticorrosion measures.(5)The author analysis economical benefits and financial evaluation, assesses the efficiency and feasibility of the project.The research in this article not only provides optimized design and feasible basis for Longhekou Reservoir Water Diversion Project, ensure the reliability and economy of Hefei and Shucheng water supply, but also contributes to the future technology security study of long-distance and large diameter water diversion project.Figure 2 Table 13 Reference 62...
