Research On Intelligent System IBMS Of Commercial Plaza Based On OPC And RFID

In order to meet the intelligent, networking and facilitation needs of management of the entire building group, the research of advanced management system has become one of hot spots of city development.The author in this paper has rich work experience in building management system and put forward the development of intelligent IBMS system (Intelligent Building Management System) based on OPC and RFID according to the actual demand. By adopting many advanced technologies, some subsystems including the Smart Card System, the intelligent management of Car Parking System and equipment monitoring of Building Automation System have been designed in detail. By using some technologies of TCP/IP, OPC, ODBC, contactless IC card and the application gateway, the realization of modular configuration makes the integration of the increasing peripheral systems into the IBMS system so as to form a comprehensive integrated system. Several functions of the big data, data concurrency, resource sharing, linkage between the related subsystems, emergency scheduling and remote monitoring are realized by means of this integrated system. The design implementation and network integration of the main subsystems are used to make a new IBMS system of the commercial plaza which includes the management layer and the field layer. Some servers of CNS, IBMS, BMS, Web and INS and so on are combined into the management layer; The field layer is combined with BAS, FAS, OA, network, intelligent car parking system, smart card center and security center. These modules are connected to each other at a high speed Ethernet and under the TCP/IP protocol. The management center realizes the data collection of each subsystem, analysis, feedback and information publishing. All of the above can make the intelligent, networked and convenient management to the whole building group come true.This IBMS system works stably and has been applied. It not only realizes the integrative management, but also meets the needs of the commercial plaza managers to provide a customer-oriented service and also receives users’broadly good reviews.
