With the rapid development of science and technology, the computer has been applied to mostly areas of human social activities today. In the modern military, the computer becomes to the soul of the digitizing and the intelligent weapon system,and it’s the controller of the digital battlefield. In the information age, the war expressed as the contest of the computer technology.The computers applied in the military field called military computer. The differences between military computer and commercial computer is:they are used in the Battlefield with special functions, their requirements in the reliability, anti-jamming and the electromagnetic compatibility would be higher than the others. Only the general functions of the computer, the military machine may be no better than the commercial machines, but its ability to adapt to the harsh environment, for example, the vibration, impact, high temperature, humidity, electromagnetic interference, salt spray, mould and other adaptability,more steady the commercial machine. In addition, about the volume, weight, power consumption, reliability, maintainability, the military machine requires much strictly. Generally, the civilian computer and civil circuit system can not be applied in the computer system directly.This paper discusses the nature of applied circuit processing system with high reliability military computer required, from the overall design, hardware design, structure design, process design and other aspects, expounds the design rules and method of the high reliable circuit processing system. For example, in the aspect of hardware design, you should paid the attention to the components’selecting and screening, optimizing of logic circuit, and the anti-jamming etc.. The structure design look to the thermal design and electromagnetic compatibility.The implementation provides a core processing module of 945GME chip set for example. In the hardware design, the chips’selection, making a detailed analysis of the circuit design, and in the PCB design we had make some works. And, from the structure design, technology and others aspects to ensure the module’ability to adapt in the harsh environment.The module has respectively in an air force equipment. The practice results show that the module has the high reliability and the strong anti-interference ability.
