Reaserch On The Model Of HSE Assessment Of High-Speed Railway Bridge Construction

Health Safety and Enviromen Management is a dynamic management system. In recent years, accidents occurred frequently in the construction sites, and people began to focus their attention on HSE management. Due to high speed requirements, high technical requirements, labor intensive, and bad construction conditions, the process of high speed bridge construction contains a variety of unsafe risk factors. There are different forms of HSE risk, which will do serious harm to staff’s physical and mental health, construction machinery equipment safety and the ecological environment to some extent. Therefore, we can analyze the implementation of HSE management during the high-speed railway bridge construction from the accident source theory, thus we can take control measures to reduce engineering accidents, and then staff’s safety and health have been protected.This paper diagrammed the bridge accident statistical results. On that basis, we have combined the hazard theory with accident cause theory etc, so that we find the trigger mechanism of the hazards and construct a risk evaluation system based on HSE. And then, the paper uses the BP neural network method to build a scientific and practical high evaluation model to measure the HSE implementation during bridge construction. At last, this paper illustrates us the process of system simulation and analyses with the help of MATLAB through an example of bridge construction. Besides, test results show that HSE evaluation system of this horn deseribed above is reasonable and it will be applied to the practical engineering application result.Through the study of high-speed railway bridge construction HSE risk management, the paper show that applying HSE management system to high-speed rail bridge construction process has profound guiding significance. And in this way, the construction enterprises can improve the level of HSE management level, so that staff’s lives and property will be protected.
