Geomembrane seepage control technology has been developing rapidly in recent years,while there are still some problems needed to be resolved in the application to practical operation. For example,the process of design and construction,especially the connection of composite geomembrane is very critical. A new method based on the primitive geomembrane seepage control technology is promoted in this article--vertical extending geotextile.This new technology presents a multilevel method of optimization for the solution of important procedures which includes sloting grooving paving connection and trench backfill.At the same time, not only this technology make it possible to vertical extending geotextile under water with the triumph of joint seal,but also overcome the problem that vertical extending geotextile only can use the non-protective plastic membrane with the unsecure joint approach.In this paper,zhe main research contents include:(1)Introduces the composition of the vertical membrane equipment, design and production process of related components(2)The design of composite geomembrane connector. Establish the basic design idea, namely, the joint way inside and outside the tube socket. Son and mother pipe respectively connected with composite geomembrane first; Son and mother tube under water after the completion of the socket to the inner tube and the annular gap between the two tube injection curing mud, to achieve internal and external tube sealing, get the closed connection between composite geomembrane. Use the software to make the connector section and 3 d drawings, mechanical analysis and mathematical calculation was carried out on the design, and constantly optimize the design.(3)Compound geomembrane connector design, preliminary design for abrasive production and sample production, indoor experiment to measure the data on the sample(bending deformation, temperature deformation, stable compressive bar, torsion deformation, stable tension and compression, etc.). And in view of the actual measurement results are deeper structure optimization, and finally determine the experimental products.(4)Based on the data processing, mathematical model is established. Adopt several methods to calculate all kinds of working condition of leakage, seepage, durability, stability calculation, to verify this observation data, it is concluded that the specific engineering seepage rule of the model.(5)Dongying fairy river seepage control project for actual engineering test, designed test apparatus, for the defect of compound geomembrane leakage test observation research. Obtained under different working condition of pressure head, the defects of different aperture of cushion material and a variety of combinations, it is concluded that a variety of defects under the condition of seepage quantity of measured values, and in accordance with the analysis of the vertical membrane technology on the basis of the actual seepage control effect.(6)Vertical membrane after field testing will be carried out, and after finish, induction, summarized the process of engineering design and calculation and analysis results, the problems in the construction.
