With rapid growth of modern life, people’s demand for household refrigeration equipment has not only constrained by functional requirements, at the same time has higher demands for convenience and colour. In the present situation of the rapid development of household refrigeration equipment industry, competitive is becoming more and more big, so many household refrigeration equipment enterprise constantly create new products to gain more market. In the process of new product innovation, with prototyping method can verify the feasibility of new products and the degree of consumer acceptance. Household refrigeration equipment prototype is to enhance the competitiveness of household refrigeration equipment industry field conditions. The research object of this paper is regular household refrigerators. This paper studies the development scenarios of the household refrigeration equipment prototype.The main job of this article is as follows. First of all, this article through to classify household refrigeration machine prototype obtained the appearance of the prototype and prototype structure. This paper compares the structure of the appearance prototypes, prototype construction and household refrigeration equipment. I find that household refrigeration equipment prototype consists of frames, box shell and other typical structures and connecting frame, tank and other atypical structures.Then, we analysis the development scenarios of the household refrigeration equipment appearance prototypes and structural prototypes. This chapter researches the materials, processing equipment and processing technology of the typical structure, then put forward two structures’ development scenarios.Second, the box shell is an important structure of household refrigeration equipment prototype, box shell made of sheet metal parts. Because the sheet metal’s bending quality is determined by the bending precision, so this chapter analyzes the formula for calculating of the size of the sheet metal bending at first. We get the sheet metal’s bending compensation parameters through theoretical calculations and practical tests.Finally, the paper has developed a household refrigeration equipment prototype development auxiliary systems. Through a computer system to assist the developers complete the study of the household refrigeration equipment prototype development scenarios, and guide the developer to complete the establishment of a new prototype development scenarios.
