The quality of small-scale hydropower station computer monitoring system directly affects the operation efficiency and safety reliability of the hydropower station. After systematic analyzed the present research status at home and abroad of the small-scale hydropower station monitoring system and data prediction algorithm, this paper designs and develops a set of safety and reliability-based, economy and practicality small-scale hydropower computer monitoring station system which possesses the function of data prediction. The main researches of the thesis are as follows:1. After studying and analyzing the present research status at home and abroad of the small-scale hydropower station monitoring system and the data prediction algorithm, this paper puts forward a whole design program of the data prediction and monitoring system. This program contains the design of the hydropower station sensor monitoring data prediction algorithm, the local control system and upper-supervision software.2. According to the "dead pixels" situation of the hydropower station sensor monitoring data, this paper proposed a hydropower station sensor monitoring data prediction algorithm which is used to verify the data authenticity. The algorithm uses improved particle swarm optimization of BP neural network to construct the data prediction model and takes the turbine guide bearing temperature as an example for the simulation analysis, finally, generates DLL files of the station sensor monitoring data prediction algorithm example.3. A local control system and upper-supervision software are designed and developed respectively. According to the overall design of small hydropower station computer monitoring system to do the design.Taking full account of the automatic control system coordination with conventional control systems to achieve small hydropower’s unattended operation or less people on duty. In addition, carry out the sensor monitor data prediction algorithm instance to the small hydropower station computer monitoring system.4. Carry out experiment test on the designed small-scale hydropower station data prediction and monitoring system. The test includes the normal boot control test, normal shutdown control test, Emergency shutdown control test and the data prediction module about the hydropower station sensor monitoring test.5. Make a conclusion and propose the future research directions in this field.
