Jinchengjiang district is the only municipal district of Hechi.As the district seized the opportunity of the western development strategy,a large number of industrial projects was brought in,the economy developed rapidly,thus,the demand for electricity increased day by day.The electricity gap of Jinchengjiang district was growing larger,integrating the existing small hydropower resources connectes into the power grid and doing some research to the construction of the small hydropower station group are of great practical significance to meet the needs of increasing grid load and advance the development of clean resources.Based on the analysis of the power and power grid condition and considering the economic development of Jinchengjiang district during these years,three forecasting methods and optimum combined method were used to predict the power load,according to the prediction,electric power and energy balance was carried on,on this account,the reasonable supply range of the small hydropower station group was demonstrated.Then,under the condition of ensuring the location of hydropower station and substation,the planning model for the small hydropower station group connected to the power grid was built,in connection with the construction site of the 110 kV booster station,the optimal planning was made for the integration and connection proposal of the small hydropower station group by the transmission expansion planning approach based on improved population migration algorithm,as with the comparison with the optimizing calculation results of different 110 kV booster station site,on the basis of those steps,to ensure the proposal of integrating the small hydropower station group into the grid.Lastly,the power flow calculation analysis was conducted to the planning proposal mentioned above by BPA power flow calculation software,including the comparison with the proposal raised by the design institute with traditional planning method,from two aspects,technical and economical efficiency,which verified the feasibility and validity of the design put forward in this paper.Meanwhile,effective exploration for improved traditional planning method of small hydropower station group connected into power grid was done.
