With the underground space development of urban construction, the subway tunnel number has a increase trend. Because of the influence of underground construction is difficult, many factors, so the shield method shows its superiority. It is the most common and more advanced construction method.In this article, through analysis summarizes a large number of literature, based on the risk assessment theory, by adopting the combination of hierarchical analysis and fuzzy theory method, through the expert scoring, of the surface subsidence caused by shield construction level indicators and secondary indicators for risk analysis. The analysis of an engineering example shows that the overall risk for level 3, and each secondary judge the risk level of the object.Based on the basic assumption for the elastic-plastic analysis. Combining with FLAC3 D and the corresponding problems are analyzed in the simulation. Analysis of the rock and soil mechanics parameters, supporting materials and supporting the construction and the buried depth of shield on the impact of surface subsidence, and discusses the influence law. The results show that the deformation modulus of soil on the surface subsidence is bigger; Bolting supporting material mechanics performance is not good time will cause a lot of ground surface settlement risk; Buried depth is larger than the buried depth of ground surface settlement risk is big. According to the risk assessment results, corresponding safety control measures are put forward.
