With the rapid development of China's economic construction, the ground can be used to reduce the space, traffic pressure through the underground traffic network to ease is a very effective way.The shield construction has a higher degree of mechanization, lower labor intensity, fast construction progress on the surrounding environment, less interference and other excellent characteristics, construction technology of shield method in city subway is widely used.In our country, many large and medium-sized cities of the subway construction are used to build the shield method.Although the shield method has many advantages, but in the specific project also appeared many problems to solve. In this paper, the key and difficult points in the construction process of shield tunneling are studied, which is based on the project of Xiangjiang section of the 1 Standard segment of the inter city railway, the main research contents are as follows:1.This article through to the Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan Intercity Railway 1 Standard Shield Crossing Section of Xiangjiang by plane and three-dimensional finite deformation elastic-plastic finite element theory, considering groundwater seepage force.2.Safety analysis of underwater shield tunnel and its influence on adjacent structures.3.A preliminary evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of the excavation scheme is made.4.A perfect risk assessment system is formed by considering the various risk factors of the 1 project of Chang Zhu Tan intercity railway.5.Detailed discussion is made on the risk in each stage of shield tunneling in Xiangjiang, and the corresponding control measures are given, which is important for the risk control of the project.
