Tunnel boring machine has become the development trend of the tunnel construction with the expansion of the underground construction in China.Disk cutter is the professional tool of rock breaking, its performance directly affects the success or failure of the tunnel construction.So the detection of disk cutter comprehensive performance of the test-bed should be researched to improve the performance of the disk cutter,so as to ensure the smooth progress of tunnel construction.The detection of disk cutter comprehensive performance of the test-bed consists mechanical structure,hydraulic system and electrical control system,with summarizing the structure of the detection of disk cutter comprehensive performance of the test-bed in the world.Three programs are designed according to the function requirements of the test-bed,and the third program is ensured by the comparison and analysis,strong pressure to cutter body from oil filer hole of the disk cutter,rotate the cutter shaft by asynchronous motor,applied the radial direction force of the disk cutter by hydraulic cylinder.The mechanical structure of the test-bed is designed and analyzed by Ansys Workbench.The design of the mechanical structure consists transmission shaft,holder of disk cutter, sliding bearing pedestal and holder of actuating device.After the analysis by Ansys Workbench,the mechanical structure can meet the requirements of the test-bed,ensure the stability of the test-bed.The working principle of the hydraulic system is designed,the calculation and selection of hydraulic element is completed.According to the requirements of the test-bed,the energy sources devices, actuator element, control element and auxiliary component are calculated and selected,implementation the function of the hydraulic applied to the radial direction force of the disk cutter.The electrical control system is designed and the selection and designation of frequency changer, PLC and touch screen are completed. Asynchronous motor is controlled by frequency changer and PLC,and then drive shaft in order to achievemultistage operation.The touch screen is the interaction of human-computer,staff can operate the test-bed breezily,the control of electrical machine is completed.The function application of detection of disk cutter comprehensive performance of the test-bed is researched and analyzed.The specific steps of the rotate performance of the disk cutter,the relativity of thrust and torque and the detection of the dynamic seal of disk cutter are described.The seal floating structure is analyzed by finite element,and provide theoretical reference to the reliability design of disk cutter.
