Shield driven by hydraulic cylinder directly belongs to a bran-new kind of shield types, and products of the same type have never been found in the world until now. So, research of shield driven by hydrarlic cylinder directly is very important to develop the shield technology of our own intellectual property. Structure design and control method of the cutter body system are the main problems in producing shield driven by hydraulic cylinder directly, in-depth and systemic research about these important problems are carried out in this paper.The main research contents are as follows:(1) Formula to calculate the resistance moment and bearing's resistance along axis direction of the cutter body during the cutting process is established in order to provide the theory basis of structure design and intensity analysis of the cutter body system; model of calculating cut ratio is founded to provide theory basis of the structure design and cutter layout of cutter body system.(2) Math model of cutter body system is established, at the same time both the analysis of systemic pressure change in the condition of constant resistance moment and the analysis of rotate speed change in the condition of constant flux are carried out; these works can provide theory basis for research of structure design and control method of ctter body system.(3) Optical analysis of the important structure parameters of cutter body system through genetic algorithm is carried out to provide theory basis for conforming the main structure parameters of cutter body system; the fitting difficulty between cutter body and many supporting axises is solved by the method of adding adjustable cover on the bearing surface .(4) Method of using cam to control adjacence switch is adopted to solve the control problem of many hydraulic cylinders's cooperation, at the same time computer supervision system is designed, these works will provide a new kind of control design methods for cutter body system.(5) Analysis of costant-power control of cutter body system through...
