Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of national economy, there are more and more high grade railway and highway in mountainous area. In order to meet the requirements of the Alignmentr, high fill subgrade is increasing gradually But the high fill subgrade earth pressure calculation theory is not accurate to reflect the distribution of stress in subgrade, make the calculation of the soil pressure of culverts in the subgrade results appear large deviation with actual situation, and lead to high fill embankment and auxiliary culvert often appeared in the process of construction and the use of different levels of disease, and thus affect the normal use.The article through to the construction site monitoring and numerical analysis study of the vertical stress inside the high fill subgrade, mainly includes the following contents:(1)zhangjiakou-tangshan overloaded railway high fill subgrade construction process for monitoring all the way, in the subgrade culvert top and side of culverts lateral and valleys of soil embedding earth pressure cells in different heights, subgrade internal aims to study the vertical stress distribution, respectively to determine the distribution of the soil arch culvert horizontal profile.(2) Through the culvert exists and culverts under different working conditions, such as location of high fill embankment in finite element simulation analysis, the roadbed is obtained in different soil arching effect, there is likely to be two smaller range of soil arch and a larger soil arching across the subgrade cross-section, among them, the culvert and on both sides of the shade as the stability of the arch foot.Determined the soil arch and two smaller subgrade section across the line, the effect of the soil arch height reached the high fill subgrade soil arch was under the transverse profile of the soil arch interaction with the conclusion of three-dimensional form.(3) According to the construction site of the actual monitoring data and the results of finite element simulation analysis, studies the culvert and the surrounding valleys in the formation of high fill embankment middle-earth arch, the influence of the analysis summarizes the culvert at the side of the subgrade, culverts in the middle of the roadbed and the culvert subgrade under three different conditions such as the vertical stress distribution rule.
