In recent years,C hina's economic level has improved rapidly,and the construction of high-grade highways has developed in an all-round way.High grade highway in the construction process,the emergence of a large number of high embankment,city and surrounding roads,municipal pipelines often vertically staggered,additional earth pressure of high fill subgrade soil produced,will affect the safe operation of pipeline.At present,the research on wear protective measures for pipeline under high embankment is still not perfect,the article recommends the use of arch culvert protection system for the protection of the high embankment structure beneath the pipeline,through the finite element software ABAQUS simulation,studied the engineering effect and the influence law system protection scheme of arch culvert.The main work done in this paper is as follows:Firstly,the research results of vertical earth pressure of culverts at home and abroad are collected and summarized,and the merits and demerits of the six kinds of calculation methods of vertical earth pressure are compared and analyzed;Secondly,The main influence factors on the culvert protection system structure: the thickness of the arch,excavation depth,arch span and arch height.The average thickness of arch arch culvert protection effect increased 0.05 m,increased by 0.95%;the average increase of 0.1M depth of excavation,arch culvert protection effect increased 1.4%;the average increase of 0.5m span arch,protective effect on the pipeline is reduced by 2.4%;the average height of arch increase 0.15 m arch culvert protection effect increased 0.8%;Thirdly,summarizes the three main working mechanism of load reduction measures,and analyzes the main factors influencing the loose filling method for reducing load: loose soil thickness and elastic modulus,thickness of soil when the average increase of 0.5m load reduction effect increased 2.1%,the average elastic modulus decreased 5MPa,load reduction effect increased by 1%;Fourthly,the optimization method is proposed on both ends of trapezoidal region concrete arch replacement rubble soil,the lateral confinement of arch lateral deformation,interaction with the upper part of the soil and stone arch,the formation of "soil arching,soil stress decreased 15 kPa compared with the ordinary original box culvert bottom vertical arch structure,the internal force decreases 1/4;And the end,SG06 section K32+526 project through numerical simulation of structure analysis in arch culvert protection system structure under the culvert bottom layer,the vertical stress is less than 220 kPa,corresponding to the bearing capacity of the foundation of 250 kPa,to ensure the original pipeline and box culvert stress safety;arch culvert structure S.mise and the S.max value is slightly larger than the corresponding plain concrete the strength of the reinforcement standard,meet the structural requirements,to ensure the normal operation of arch culvert structure;arch structure of midspan moment is far greater than the original culvert cover midspan moment,the original pipe have good protective effect.The research results of this paper have important reference value for the design and construction of the culvert of the high fill culvert under the pipeline and the design and construction of the culvert with the loose filling method.
