The Design Of Solar Water Heating Control System Based On The Combination Of PLC And Touching Screen

With the rapid development of society, the demand for energy is growing, consumption rate of energy is sharply higher, consumption rate with less significant problem is the amount of energy ang the ecological destructions is becoming more and more serious. According to the consumption of such speed, global energy only use in one hundred years. How can both reduce the non-renewable energy consumption rate, and to secure energy supplies is each country needs to solve the problem, and has also been actively explore. "With many years of exploration and attempt, renewable resource is considered that can solve this problem, renewable resource not only can be unlimited but also green at the same time, won’t produce pollution to the environment, and thus began to vigorously develop renewable energy sources. Now, the use of wing energy, solar energy is more mature, such as wing power, solar power, solar refrigeration and heating,etc.This article is for the use of solar energy research, solar energy is recognized as a pollution-free renewable energy, is also the most abundant renewable energy resources. The use of solar energy can substitute some conventional energy consumption and meet the demand of industry, and can reduce the damage to the ecological. Ningxia is located in the northwestern of China, has a wealth of solar energy resources. This project is from the cooperation of the mechanical engineering of university of Ningxia and ruiweier energy environment engineering co.LTD. I design a set of solar hot water system for the use of solar energy,the system is mainly applied in enterprise staff daily with water.This paper introduces design principle of the solar hot water system, on this basis,this paper introduces the design requirements and principle of solar hot water engineering monitoring system and using PLC and configuration software to build a set of monitoring system. The use of touch screen provides a good man-machine interface, also can real-time display system operation parameters and operation situation, make its operation more convenient and intuitive. The use of PLC make the automation of the whole control system and control accuracy, functionality,stronger anti-jamming and operability. The combination of both reached good effect in the control system.
