At present, we mainly develop the water source by generating electricity and water lifts with turbine pump in our country, we have achieved remarkable economic benefit and social benefit. These measures are limited in the drop of water and flow, though. The water energy can not develop enough. But how can we deal with that is the urgent reality problem.It shows a new water lifts technology, in this paper, carry the water into the place which needs it by simply make use of the hydraulic pressure. It is the basic principle that it transport the drop of water into pressure air by pass one airtight container, then press the water in another airtight container by it, furthermore realize the aim of Water lifts. It shows that this is a feasible water lifts Technology which are testing, calculate and analysis, for a tester kit has produced now. Although the tester has not revolving mechanical parts and needn't the multi-links transformation process from the complex water energy, the electrical energy, the mechanical energy to water energy, it has the higher utilization ratio while the small Head pressure.In order to extend the application of this technology better, this paper uses configuration software (MCGS) and programmable control (PLC) to research and design Head pressure transformation water lifts. It analyses the technical process of automatic water lifts, puts forward the program ladder diagram for achieving PLC to automatic water lifts, expounds the basic process of using configuration software (MCGS) to monitor and exploiting monitoring software, introduces how to set the data-base variables of configuration software, shows the simulation contact surface chart and the script program of configuration software MCGS movement, and it also gives the data relation between PLC and configuration software.The water lifts technology has obtained patent base on it, in addition, tested and extended it.
