Modular Design’s Study And Application On Access Controller

Along with the fast-developing of market and enterprise, the request of product development became more and more high; at the same time, as the innovation of technology, technically difficult become higher than before. In the process of access controller’s hardware design and project management, the development cycle become longer, while it’s more difficult to do the cost down for new product. Much more technical problem are being meet during the development process and the same issues are being found in different projects, stabilize the quality of new product needs more time. However the traditional method of product development couldn’t match these challenges, much less solve or avoid them.This dissertation studies the characteristics of traditional design method, analyzes the disadvantage, and proposes a new product design method, modular design, bases on the studies of the theory of modular design. It demonstrates the feasibility of modular design on access controller by analyzing the feature of hardware design method and modular design detailed. Dissertation also studies and describes the process of modular design on access controller’s hardware design. Accord to the characteristic of modular design on access controller, it also studies how to do the project management, lists the key points and tools. In order to improve the efficiency of modular design, dissertation also studies how to manage the module management system by computer technology. Finally it analyzes the exactly process and implementation of modular design on access controller by the actual case, demonstrates the feasibility and the value of this study.Base on the research of the modular design on access controller, this design method can solve the problem which caused by the traditional method of product development, such as saving the development time, reducing the cost of components, decreasing the technical problems during the development process, the quality of new product also can be stabilized easily, and improving the comprehensive efficiency of product design. Not only solves the problems which traditional product design method can’t, promote the competitiveness of the enterprise. What’s more important is that it provides a real new design method for product design in security industry, help to improve the efficiency product development for the industry, thus promoting the development of social productivity.
