| As the development of global industrialization,there is a tremendous requirement of energy resources all over the world,which leads to global crisis.In the meantime,huge utilizing of fossil energy does critical damage to the ecological environment.Therefore,developing and utilizing of renewable energy is put on the top universal agenda.Nowadays,although more and more Photovoltaic power generation project being set up,many power supply enterprises are not capable to apply these new grid-connected technologies,due to the prodigious differences of generating theories and equipments between photovoltaic power generating plant and conventional thermal/hydroelectric power generation plant.This paper reviews the whole design-to-supply process of the first Grid-connected photovoltaic power generation project in Zhejiang province,concentrating on every session of design,joint review of the drawings,construction and final acceptance in access system.Combined with characteristics of photovoltaic power generation,considering the fluctuation of voltage,reactive balance and harmonic wavelength,we set up protector,communication automation and harmonic eliminated protection devices.Upon dealing with specific difficulties before and after the launch of access system for PV power station,this paper also analyses selecting of the economic system switch on grid,System harmonic,the reliability and the relay protection,find out the optimal solution,and finally sum up the experiences of photovoltaic power generating plant management.The result of the power station operation scheme prove that the access scheme for hardware and software design is correct. |
