The majority of the people in public places garden services is an important carrier of people to self-care, and how to better play the role of health care in assuming landscaping, while the rest has become a new research focus people’s concerns.Health-garden is a good convalescence space, each element of a garden can promote physical and mental health, health, landscape planning and design concepts and the combination of the general trend. Landscaping with gardens in the city, recreation, physical activity and other functions at the same time, with the development of the times, to meet the real needs, the garden is inevitable to expand its capabilities, and take to improve the living environment, maintaining the health status of residents in reality mission.First, we start from the definition of health, analyzed results, health-physical in the garden to deal with people, mental, spiritual, three levels of play comprehensive health care. Combined with environmental psychology, modern aesthetics, modern botany, traditional Chinese medicine, is proposed to create a health-garden’s basic theory and principles.This paper is divided into five parts in total. The fourth part is proposed to create a health-garden’s basic theory and principles.
