High-speed railway was the direction of modern railway, to bring people quickly, easily and efficiently, but traffic accidents had also occurred, security was still a serious problem. In this paper, on the basis of the recent accidents in high-speed railway, exploring the causes of the accidents and analysis of the human reliability.First of all, according to the high-speed railway operation accidents in recent years, the the paper used fault tree analysis method to investigate the mechanism of high-speed railway accidents, namely the unsafe behavior of people, the unsafe state of equipment, environment, together with the management loophole; after that, based on the reliability theory,the paper utilized the Interpretative Structual Modeling with BayesËŠs theorem in combination to building and analyzing the reliability model of the train dispatcher and people on duty at station in the practical situation; Finally, in order to ensure the security of high-speed railway, the paper constructed high-speed railway operation safety guarantee system, based on human reliability from the aspects of personnel standard, manager activities, organization management, equipments, environment, security culture and feedback and assess, putting forward that application of the human reliability analysis on high-speed railway security system and specific safety measures to reduce human error could provide decision support for high-speed railway safety management.
