The research object is a half through CFST arch bridge which is in the north exit of Shijiazhuang-Zhangjiakou highway. The paper record the Vertical Swivel Construction process of archbridge, introduces the theory and method of bridge construction monitoring.Vertical rotating construction method divides the main arch into two parts around the dome and makes the disigned arch axis rotate downward vertically to a ceitain angle taking arch toe as the center. Then the crown closure can be placed on the ground side, thus the two half-arch can be assembled in a lower bracket. After that, the cable from the main frame pulls up the two half-arch in the air respectively for their closure.Create arch bridge fem model andconstruction component finite element model in virtue of structure finite element analysis software. In the construction process, structural stress and deformation of the structure are main research content. Atthe same time, practical testing methods are put forward during the process of tied arch bridge construction by use of the adaptive parameter modification principle and today’s advanced test equipment of steel strings, tied arch bridge made during the construction of practical testing methods. On the whole, the thesis systematically expounds technical measures and monitoring methods of selection and implementation in the construction of tied arch bridge.Analysis of the monitoring and main contents, construction monitoring process, the construction control arrangements, and through the whole process of bridge construction monitoring results, long-span concrete-filled steel tube arch bridgebe verified in mechanical characteristics.
