The integrated test platform is the indispensable testing equipment in the assembly of main gear reducer, whose quality directly affects the accuracy of the measurement, thereby affecting the quality of the main reducer. The assembly processes have a significant impact on the quality of the equipment. In order to protect the assembly quality of the testing platform, the digital assembly technology is applied to the process planning.Firstly, the structure and measuring principle of the testing platform are analyzed in the paper and the importance of the parameter measurement is expounded. After the analysising of various expression methods of assembly model, combine the hierarchical model and relationship model, proposing the hierarchical connection relationship assembly model, and then build the assembly model of drive component.Secondly, presented various methods of assembly sequence planning and introduce the concept of cut-set method for solving assembly sequences. Analysis the idea of cut set method for solving assembly sequence. Use cut-set method for solving the assembly sequence of left and right loading plant unit. establish a evaluation function of assembly sequence and propose layered evaluation method for hierarchical connection relationship assembly model. Finally introduced the assembly accuracy of related parts of The main gear integrated test platform in the actual assembly process. Research the measurement of the concentricity and parallelism and post-processing of the measured data and then propose the program of movie recording with delmia. expound the effect of three-dimensional assembly process to assembly techniques.
