| With the rapid development of social economy, the consumption of energy will also increase, the construction industry is closely related with the basic necessities of life of people, which consumes a lot of energy in the construction and use process. In the current energy saving and emission reduction of the social environment, to do a good job of saving construction, is of great significance. Office building as part of a public building, has consumption a lot of energy in the process of using,because of the amount is huge. At home and abroad have done on the office building energy audit, through the analysis of the data showed that, in the office building, the energy in the form of consumption, air conditioning system in the use of energy, energy consumption more than lighting systems, office equipment etc.. Therefore, if we can reduce the energy consumption of the air conditioning system, the total energy consumption of office building will reduce too.In this paper, based on the previous research work, put forward a kind of air conditioning system with energy storage, the system is mainly composed of radiant floor cooling (heating), outdoor buried pipe, displacement ventilation system, through the different control strategies at run time, the heat pump unit in the night preparing cold (hot) water and stored in the water tank, and in the summer use the outdoor pipe direct supply water, storage cold (hot) water in the room and tank, to reduce power consumption and cost.In this paper, taking an actual office building as an example, use DeST software to simulate the annual hourly building heating(cooling)load, and analysis of its cooling load and heating load, according to the simulation results of the model to determine the equipment used in this air conditioning system. use TRNSYS software for air conditioning in the office, by calling different modules to establish system model,the simulation result shows that the summer and winter indoor temperature and humidity can keep good on the floor with different water pipe. Analyzed the indoor thermal environment temperature and variation of humidity conditions in different air temperature and the temperature of supply water, the simulation results show that with the indoor air between 18-19.5℃ã€temperature of water supply to the pipe buried in the floor between 18.5~20℃ and the water flow rate is 4 m3/h, can maintain good indoor thermal and humidity environment. Analyzed the actual operation data of the system, compared with the simulation data, the reliability of the model test, and the energy consumption of several buildings with different office buildings air conditioning system, and analyzed the characteristics of the system; the result shows that the direct supply of buried pipe, ventilation and energy storage technology in the air conditioning system, the operation effect is good, in summer indoor temperature can maintained at 24-26℃, by making full use of the valley electricity to cooling and heating, which makes the electricity consumption and electricity bills of the system lower than similar buildings and the electricity consumption of air conditioning system is 16.82 kWh per unit area and the charge of electricity is 6 yuan per unit area. |
