With the progress of science and technology of society and the development of modern industry, the various forms of transport equipment, in order to satisfy the demands of all kinds of new, also brought new changes to our lives.Carrying equipment according to its form of contact with the contact area is divided into two kinds: One is contact with contact surfaces in the form of multi-point delivery devices, such as two of our common vehicles, tricycles, cars, trains, ships, etc.;Another kind is with contact surfaces in the form of a single point of contact of the carrier equipment. It is a kind of spherical shells as independence movement, and rolling as the main movements of carrier equipment,This is the kind we referred to as "for the spherical vehicle, is a kind of brand-new concept, point contact transportation.So in recent years, the spherical vehicle caused the attention of the researchers, an increasing number of experts and scholars at home and abroad due to more spherical vehicle research and development.Spherical vehicle according to the characteristics of its application and can be divided into two classes: one is based on motion is given priority to,mainly is the structure of system control, no carrying capacity requirements.Its drives closed within the spherical shell, through the wireless communications and intelligent way to control the movement of the ball, so called the spherical robot;Another kind is has a certain capacity, controlled directly by the people inside the ball ball movement, make its complete predetermined trajectory, such spherical vehicle for research status at home and abroad, still fresh for rare, we call this spherical manned vehicle.This article through to the domestic and foreign various spherical vehicle main advantages and disadvantages of analysis and the summary, find out the existing problems and put forward a manned spherical design and research of the vehicle.First,the article through the structure characteristics of several typical spherical vehicle have been compared and analysised with the stable platform, Puts forward several design scheme,Through the analysis and compare their advantages and disadvantages,choose a better solution, further puts forward the overall design scheme.Second, according to the overall design scheme, the movement characteristics analysis; The structure design of main components; On this basis, using UG to establish a manned spherical vehicle parts 3 d model and assembly On this basis, using UG to establish a manned spherical vehicle parts 3 d model and assembly;In ANSYS Workbench to the important parts of static analysis and modal analysis, as the ultimate entity model of the machining and installation and debugging provides the feasibility of the scheme comparison basis.Finally completed the manned spherical vehicle control system and its hardware circuit design, and by means of the practical application and validation in the entity model,basic meet the expected motion control function requirements; Ultimately through the 1:1prototype test, run test to study the actual argument.
