| Entering into the the 21 st century,China has developed rapidly in all aspects,especially in high-speed railway.In order to promote national economy and meet the requirements of high-speed railway’s development and people’s desire of traveling,we must concentrate on the innovation course of transport technology.One of the main characteristics of the high-speed railway construction is the wide use of bridges on the whole line.So the line selection,design,construction and environmental protection need to meet new requirements.Swing of Bridge was a new method created in the development of bridge construction,which is of low cost,time-saving and causing very little effect on vehicles.So it has been widely used in bridge engineering.Unfortunately,the academic study on Swing Method of Bridge is limited,especially the study of spherical hinge in the process of rotating.This paper is based on a systematic research of spherical hinge,which is the core structure in the process of rotating.This paper mainly discusses the partial force of spherical hinge in the process of horizontal rotating.According to the size and material of spherical hinge,this paper calculates spherical hinge’s argest load.I hope that it can provide solving measures of similar problems.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the analytical elastic mechanics and simplified calculating method as well as engineering experience,this paper designs a reasonable range of support radius of steel spherical hinge and concrete spherical hinge under different tonnage.(2)Establishing a number of examples and analyzing the stress of spherical hinge so as to obtain the chart of maximum stress value as well as to give a way of improving the carrying capacity of concrete spherical hinge.(3)Verifying the theoretical analysis according to the actual project cases. |
