After several times industrial revolution, industrial production exponential explosion but then produced a series of problems. Extensive use of traditional energy caused the depletion of energy and caused serious environmental pollution, the economic development of all countries is conditioned by traditional energy prices. We must explore a kind of new energy to solve the trouble which we will face; solar power generation is a good solution, if the solar power generation reasonable fully utilized rise will handle issues for the sustainable development of human beings. Solar energy has great potential at present, there is no use depleted or in danger of being monopoly, and solar power grid is the most effective way of using solar energy.The characteristic of photovoltaic grid power generation is intermittent and unstable, it’s hard for us to achieve accurate forecasting electric load, and it is difficult to exchange power of the state grid scheduling and control section. How to predict solar capacity for distribution network have great guiding significance to the optimization design and scheduling. According to the weather conditions such as environmental information to establish the forecast model of solar power to improve the prediction accuracy, dynamic model is set up according to the regional power load historical data and current electricity load area power load. First of all, we need correlation analysis of the main factor which affecting the photovoltaic power (weather conditions, radiation, temperature, air humidity, average wind speed), we can conclude the linear regression equation between each factor and photovoltaic power generation after Simple regression analysis of the data, the support vector machine (SVM) algorithm was used to construct photovoltaic power generation forecasting model, which is used to predict photovoltaic power under different weather types and achieved the desired results. Second, the problems related configuration optimization of photovoltaic power generation in the micro grid were discussed, grid position, interconnection capacity and power quality control device of photovoltaic power generation system in the micro power grid are analyzed and optimized configuration, finally set up photovoltaic grid system platform in the micro power grid, Through research the simulation and analysis the comparative, The intelligent control method can minimize the impact on the grid and can maximize reduce grid losses under the condition of photovoltaic power in the micro grid, the results conform to the optimal allocation method.
