The Research Of Planning Based On The Mountain Villa Combining Nature And Humanity In Tourist Areas

With the rapid development of economy and society, people’s life quality has improved quite continually, more and more people is longing for the return to nature, repack humanity, so the need and desire of travel is getting higher and higher. The Vacation Tourism, which is focus on the relaxation, entertainment and health, is becoming more and more popular all around the world. And the design and construction of vacation tourism has developed a new tide.After our survey, we find out that there are several shortcomings in the constructions of mountain villa, such as ignorance of environment, damage of ecosystem, mechanical modeling, ignorance of function, lack of personality, chasing new things blindly and forgetting of history. Moreover, those theses on vacation need to improve to the newest update. To solve these problems, we discuss the design and planning of mountain villa vacation area in the vision of as a whole of nature and humanity.At first, our thesis presents the background, significance and research method of design and planning of mountain villa vacation area. Then we make intensive study of the general situation and related concepts of design and planning of mountain villa vacation area, and present the frame of our research.Secondly, our thesis analyzes the related research theory in mountain villa. We focus on the natural condition of mountain villa, discuss and analyze the principle and method of planning and design of mountain villa combining nature and history in modern China. In the end, we apply it to design and planning of the mountain villa in Longevity Scenic Spot in Wu’an, Hebei. Our research combines theory and practice in order to provide the right design direction and theoretical guidance for the design and planning of mountain villa vacation area in the future.
