Covering rate of high-rise buildings is higher and higher,at the same time, people’s demand for building function is becoming more and more diversified,which is the upper for small space,the lower layer for large space with conversion layer,so this frame shear wall structures with conversion layer are getting the people’s favour.This kind of structure’s stiffness are uneven,stress and deformation are always complex,the current building codes for this kind of structure don’t have clear reference design standards.In this paper,using the finite element software PKPM and SAP2000 to discuss the transformation layer frame supported shear wall structure’s seismic performance:(1)In the assumption of elastic floor,through the analysis research of internal force of frame pillar,shear force and bending moment of at the bottom of the pillar and transformation layer prone to mutation,frame pillar under internal force of elastic floor slab assumption is greater than under the rigid floor assumption.(2)Through the arrangement of different ground plane form of shear wall,to study the effect of natural vibration characteristics,lateral structure floor and seismic action in different circumstances of equivalent lateral stiffness ratio, upper and lower lateral stiffness equivalent shoud be evenly distributed.(3)To research the influence of natural vibration characteristics,the lateral and internal force distribution on the structure transformation layer setup floor,and compared with shear wall structure without conversion layer research,suggestions on structure selection of low conversion.(4)The calculation of elastic analysis is done to analyze the different stucture model of frame shear wall structure,compared with the results of the modal response spectrum. reasonable selection of seismic waves on the time-history analysis method is particularly important.
