With the acceleration of urbanization in China, land resources are becoming increasingly tense, and the number of high-rise buildings is increasing. In order to meet people's diverse functional requirements for buildings,a high-rise frame-supported shear wall structure system with a conversion layer appeared.Among them, the most widely used in practical engineering is the frame-supported shear wall structure with a beam-type conversion layer.Because of the rigidity of the structure with the conversion layer and the uneven vertical stiffness, the sudden change of stiffness appears, which is extremely unfavorable to the seismic performance of the structure,so it is particularly important to study its seismic performance. This article is based on an example project of a frame-supported shear wall with a beam-type transition layer,The related software is used to analyze the structural performance under horizontal earthquake action. The main research work and results are as follows:(1)Use SATWE finite element analysis software to analyze the response spectrum and elastic time history of the example project, and use Midas Building finite element analysis software to perform the elastoplastic time history analysis of the example project, and compare the partial response spectrum results of the two software The results show that the structure design of the project is reasonable and there is no obvious weak layer, and the relevant indicators are in line with the requirements of China's current regulations.(2)Four finite element models with different positions of the conversion layer were established, and response spectrum analysis and elastic time history analysis were carried out to study the effect of the change of the conversion layer position on the seismic performance of the structure. The results of the response spectrum analysis show that:with the increase of the position of the conversion floor, the floor displacement and inter-layer displacement angle of the structure increase, and the higher the position of the conversion floor, the greater the sudden change of the floor displacement and the inter-layer displacement angle near the conversion floor Therefore,high-level conversion should be avoided as far as possible in seismic design;when the position of the conversion floor changes, the structural period and floor shear force change little. The results of time-history analysis show that the overall change trend of the floor displacement and the inter-layer displacement angle curve of the structure is basically consistent with the response spectrum results, but some seismic waves show a certain dispersion in the X or Y direction. Therefore,it is necessary to select the average or envelope value of multiple seismic waves for elastic time history analysis.(3)Four finite element models with different thicknesses of floor-to-wall shear walls were established, and response spectrum analysis and elastic time-history analysis were carried out to study the influence of the thickness of floor-to-wall shear walls on the seismic performance of structures. The response spectrum analysis results show that:with the increase of the thickness of the floor shear wall, the structural period, floor displacement and inter-layer displacement angle decrease,of which the frame support layer decreases the most obviously, and the thicker the floor shear wall,The smaller the amplitude, the smaller,so increasing the thickness of the floor shear wall can improve the seismic performance of the structure, but the effect is not obvious. The results of time-history analysis show that although the results of the time-history analysis and the response spectrum are different in value, the overall change trend is basically the same, and there are also differences from the response spectrum results. The results from the elastic time history analysis and the response spectrum analysis can be complemented and verified.
