As the excavator market competition intensifies, various manufacturers in quality and after-sales service launched fierce competition, and gradually extended to the product manufacturing costs. Frame of the excavator, as one of the five components, occupies an important place in the cost of production and quality. Therefore, this topic has been about how to improve the welding production efficiency, quality of the frames, through a detailed study of the production process, to find out effective methods of quality control and efficiency improvement.This topic through the analysis of the production process of the frames, the frames of the production process time for preliminary analysis, initially formed one piece flow mode. According to one piece flow pattern of demand for site layout, through to the assembly line balance calculation number of work and work time Settings. The results show that to implement a flow pattern from the shelves of production need five station, a compound, four welding and an offline location; The preliminary design takt time of 60 minutes; Personnel 13 people.In the production of one piece flow mode, after the completion of the preliminary calculated according to production plan needs the beat and production location requirements, according to the location of operation time and product quality requirements in terms of personnel allocation.
