Car crane lifting operations, with its easy to move, flexible operation, has been widely used in the national economy, and now the product has been serialized. Activities legs is one of the key components of truck crane, its main role is in the job, enabling the machine to quickly leave the ground and quickly leveled in order to complete the work of moving heavy objects.Repeat large outrigger design work, and similar structures, components can easily be serialized. This paper reviewed the extensive computation leg support reaction force of the relevant information, based on the current research activities outrigger structure truck crane, outrigger structure type on the activities of choice, traditional outrigger bearing reaction force calculation, ANSYS analysis and structural testing and verification make the exposition.Combined Events truck crane outrigger structure, finite element model, using ANSYS finite element analysis software, truck crane outrigger structure analysis activities from stiffness, strength two aspects, resulting in leg stress concentration areas and distribution as a basis for the activities of the crane outrigger structure improvements, legs with strain gauge measuring method validation improved, the test results and finite element analysis results were compared, legs improvements achieved good results.
