Research On The Navigation Optimization Method Of Inland Ships

The inland river navigation is a collection of elements of waterway, port, shipping vessels and the support system etc. The ships, as a core element of the whole of inland river shipping, play an important role in the development of inland river navigation. The guarantee of inland ship sailing safety, energy-saving and high-efficiency has important realistic significance for building a safe, green, efficient China’s inland water transport system.Using inland ship as the object to research and apply of service, referring to the specific characteristics of inland vessels sailing and its optimization of advanced experience and practice, it creates a comprehensive optimization method that describes three aspects of the future inland ships sailing-safety, energy-saving and high-performance. This paper consults the principle of Ship Weather Routing, put forward the concept of cloud service for inland ship navigation based on cloud computing technology, meanwhile, analyzes the factors influencing the safety of navigation and designs the set of completed cloud navigation information’s represent symbols. Secondly, it proposed the optimal navigation algorithm that is applied to inland ship, and analyzes key implementation technology in the algorithm. Finally, the paper introduces the inland ship efficiency optimal speed and establishes the prediction model about the number of waited ship for berth in the port based on exponential smoothing model. It designs and completes the efficient navigation algorithm from the view of practical application; at last, this thesis takes the specific voyage as considered object, and achieves the simulation of navigation optimization method. This article also provides the effect diagram about the inland ship cloud navigation service, realizes the application of efficient navigation algorithm, and explains in detail the process of solution that is used to solving the efficiency optimal speed about inland ship. It realized the function of advanced navigation and efficiency optimal speed that base on navigation terminal.
