A Research On Micro-Design Strategy For Improving The Outdoor Environment Quality Of Tuanjiehu Residential Communuty

Focus on today,the old residential commuity is delapidated.And the old residential commuity have many problems,like high volume ratio,complex property rights,outmoded management system and function or services problems that lead to neighborhood disputes and potential crime. fuethermore, the old residential commuity is often located in the city core area,so the cost of pulling down and moving out is extremely expensive.Particularly in the big city and megalopolis,it is impossible that the old residential commuity is pulled down and inhabitants move out.Based on this phenomenon,the author tries to find a new method of the old residential commuity rebuilding,through a research to improve the outdoor quality of the Tuanjiehu residential communuty.Fristly,the author analyzed the develpment history of Tuanjiehu residential community,the characteristic of building and resident, and the outdoor situation of the residential community,through the method of reviewing books, objective observing and interview with the residents.Secondly,the author summarizes the present measures for the old residential commuity rebuidling.The author finds that the current reform measures can not solve the problem completely.So the author introduces the “Micro-Design”,including urban renew,urban acupuncture,urban catalyst and citizen participation.Then, the author introduces the application of “Micro-Design”in actual project,through the projcet to improve the outdoor quality of the Tuanjie Lake residential community.The research may offer a reference for the old residential commuity rebuilding.
